On 27 July the Governor approved the Administration of Acts 2009 which vested the Minister for Lands being responsible for administering the Lake Illawarra Authority Act 1987.
Under the Public Sector and Management Order 2009, the Land and Property Management Authority now provides staff support to the Lake Illawarra Authority.
