LAKE ILLAWARRA ESTUARY MANAGEMENT STUDY AND STRATEGIC PLAN
INFORMATION SESSIONS |

The Lake Illawarra Authority has completed an Estuary Management Study and Plan for Lake Illawarra.
The Study and Plan identifies key issues for management of the lake and lists strategies and actions to address the issues over the next 20 years.
A number of Information Sessions to inform the public about the Study and Plan are planned to be held as follows.

Date: Wednesday 27 September 2006 Time: 5:00pm to 7:30pm Location: Berkeley Community Hall & Senior Citizens Centre Winnima Way, Berkeley
Date: Wednesday 4 October 2006 Time: 5:00pm to 7:30pm Location: The Rail Community Centre Cnr Ash Avenue & Tongarra Rd, Albion Park Rail
Date: Thursday 5 October 2006 Time: 5:00pm to 7:30pm Location: Windang Senior Citizens Centre 50 Kurrajong St, Windang
Members of the public are welcome to attend the Information Sessions.
A copy of the Study and Plan can be viewed at the Authority’s office or website www.lia.nsw.gov.au.
Any person wishing to make comment on the Study and Plan may do so in writing to the Executive Officer at the address below.
